They are seeking a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to manage SEO activities, optimize website performance, and collaborate with various teams to enhance organic traffic and support lead generation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day SEO activities
• Conducting keyword research
• Performing regular SEO audits
• Optimizing on-page elements such as meta tags, content, and internal links
• Monitoring website performance through analytics tools
• Identifying opportunities to improve organic traffic
• Implementing link-building strategies in line with best practices
• Collaborating with content, design, and marketing team members to align SEO initiatives with business goals
• Supporting lead generation for 24 7 Lux Limo’s transportation services
• Staying current with search engine algorithm updates
• Recommending data-driven improvements to website structure and content

Requirements:

• Strong skills in keyword research and on-page SEO to optimize content, structure, and metadata for search visibility
• Experience in SEO audits to identify technical, content, and usability issues affecting search performance
• Skills in link building to develop ethical, high-quality backlink strategies that support long-term ranking growth
• Capability in web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console) to track KPIs, analyze user behavior, and report on SEO outcomes
• Familiarity with local SEO
• Good understanding of SEO for service-based businesses
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for implementation support
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
