Job Summary: The Software Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision, technical development, and work quality of a team of approximately 5-8 Software Engineers. This position assigns engineering work, reviews and quality-checks software deliverables, supports project execution, teaches and coaches engineers, develops new engineering talent, and ensures that software engineering activities are completed accurately, consistently, and in alignment with company standards and project requirements.
This role combines technical leadership with direct people supervision and serves as the primary point of coordination between Software Engineers, Project Managers, field teams, operations leadership, and customers when software engineering support is required.
