Forward Deployed Engineer – Healthcare & Life Sciences

Infiligence Inc is a company that helps Healthcare Payers and Life Sciences organizations modernize operations through AI, data, automation, and digital transformation. They are seeking a detail-oriented Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with clients, understand their business challenges, and deliver AI and data-driven transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with Healthcare Payer and Life Sciences clients to understand business processes and operational challenges
• Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and workflow optimization
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design and deploy solutions
• Analyze operational and business data to uncover improvement opportunities
• Support client workshops, discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations
• Drive adoption and value realization for deployed solutions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to both business and technical stakeholders

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in Healthcare Payer and/or Life Sciences organizations
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations, business processes, and data
• Experience working with business stakeholders and translating requirements into technology solutions
• Experience leading or supporting operational transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Experience with AI, GenAI, or intelligent automation initiatives
• AWS or GCP-based data modernization and transformation programs
• Data engineering, analytics, or cloud platform experience
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards such as FHIR / HIPAA or 21 CFR Part 11 / GAMP
• Experience with process mining or workflow automation platforms
• Consulting or client-facing delivery experience
