Data Center Project Manager

Dewberry is a leading, market-facing professional services firm with more than 60 locations and 2,500 professionals nationwide. They are seeking a Data Center Project Manager responsible for leading technical teams in site/civil project design, focusing on data centers and private sector projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate and lead design teams in all aspects of a given project to develop detailed design documents for construction plans
• Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control design
• Preparation of all associated calculations, reports and spreadsheets
• Conduct code research, write specifications, and obtain permitting
• Mentor and train junior/mid-level staff

Requirements:

• BS degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 8+ years of experience
• PE license required
• Experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Microsoft office is required
• Proven track record of meeting project and client deadlines
• Works in a timely fashion to meet project budgets
• Communicates effectively with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and review agency staff
• Composes technical reports, memorandums and other written communication such as email
• Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously on several projects at once
