Finance Business Partner - South East

Camino Search is working with a dynamic private equity-backed industrial buy-and-build platform to appoint a Regional Business Partner. This role will oversee financial operations across a group of recently acquired companies and play a pivotal part in supporting both regional and executive leadership as they scale a high-performing, growth-driven finance function.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the transition from cash to accrual accounting in alignment with corporate policies
• Oversee the monthly close process, ensuring completion for all entities within 5 days
• Provide timely, accurate reporting including flash results and variance analysis
• Manage 13-week cash flow forecasting and identify performance improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with operations to enhance pricing strategies, customer profitability, and cost efficiency
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles in partnership with FP&A
• Optimize financial visibility by leveraging systems such as Sage Intacct
• Ensure compliance with licensing, tax, and audit requirements

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in multi-entity financial control, ideally in PE-backed or roll-up environments
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficient month-end closes and accurate reporting
• Strong expertise in cash flow management, financial analysis, and ERP adoption
• Detail-focused, collaborative, and comfortable driving change in fast-moving environments
• CPA preferred
• Solid understanding of GAAP and EBITDA adjustments
