This position is a part of Department of Human Capital Development (Central Office), but mostly performs duties for the Graduate School of Business
1) participation in drafting School staff policy and strategy (participation in drafting perspective and current labor plans);
2) participation in the development of internal regulatory documents of the School on personnel issues;
3) recruiting School staff with relevant specializations and qualifications;
4) posting information about vacant positions;
5) participation in searching, selection and attraction of School`s academic and administrative staff, coordinating hiring process of School`s academic and administrative staff;
6) arrangement of competitive procedures while selecting staff (preparing materials for Selection Committee meeting, keeping minutes of Selection Committee`s meetings etc.);
7) the introduction of a process to identify the reasons for the dismissal of school employees;
8) documenting work with School staff: documenting staff appointment, rotation and dismissal, issuing references on labor activity, documenting any types of leaves, business trips, retirement benefits to employees and other relevant staff documents, as well as entering available staff information into “1C-staff automatized system;
9) drafting and maintaining personal files of employees, and introducing amendments with respect to their labor activity;
10) participation in the development of draft labor contracts with the staff of the School;
11) provision of consulting and methodological assistance to the School staff on issues within the competence of the employee;
12) arranging adaptation of newly hired staff;
13) participation in development of complex employees and performance evaluation system, professional progression of staff;
14) forming School labor fund for a relevant year;
15) drafting proposals on personal promotion, planning professional career, training and advanced training, as well as training evaluation;
16) providing School staff with social guarantees in the area of employment, observing hiring procedure, provision of prescribed bonuses and compensations, including in case of dismissal;
17) time keeping and execution of leaves schedule, control over School`s labor discipline and fulfillment of internal labor procedures by staff, analysis of staff turnover, drafting events to enhance labor discipline, staff turnover reduction, loss of working hours, and control over their execution;
18) processing, issuance and storage relevant staff documents;
19) drafting relevant accountability to record staff body and staff administration
