Senior Software Engineer

CassianRx is a healthcare technology company on a mission to streamline specialty care. They are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build the next chapter of their ONE Journey™ platform, focusing on back-end development with full-stack reach.

Responsibilities:

• You'll design and develop scalable, secure systems; integrate complex data flows across our partner ecosystem; tune application performance; and shape the architectural decisions that determine where the platform goes next

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field
• 5–10 years of professional software development experience
• Strong foundation in computer science fundamentals — algorithms, data structures, and system design
• Proficient in back-end web development, with a track record of building scalable, secure applications
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and modern development practices
• Skilled in coding, debugging, and the kind of careful problem-solving that holds up in production
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern dev tooling
• A clear communicator who collaborates well with engineers, product partners, and non-technical teammates
• Someone who takes pride in their craft — clean code, thoughtful design, software worth putting your name on
• Experience with caching layers (Redis) a plus
• Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data, or SaaS environments is a plus
