Senior Mechanical Engineer

Fortify Technical Staffing works with Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Firms and MEP Consultancies nationwide. They are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer who will lead projects, oversee design, ensure quality control, and interface with clients.

Responsibilities:

• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam)
• Ductwork, piping, sizing, fan, pumps, air and water flow, SD, DD, CD
• Plumbing, Fire Protection and temperature control
• Equipment sizing and calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling, Ventilation requirements
• Project Management, Client interface – client presentations/ review meetings

Requirements:

• HVAC design (airside, hydronic, steam)
• Ductwork, piping, sizing, fan, pumps, air and water flow, SD, DD, CD
• Plumbing, Fire Protection and temperature control
• Equipment sizing and calculations, systems applications, Energy modeling, Ventilation requirements
• Project Management, Client interface – client presentations/ review meetings
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or similar
• REVIT, AutoCAD
• 8+ yrs. of US industry experience post degree
• Must be eligible to work without any VISA sponsorship
• EIT or PE preferred
• LEED a plus
