Growth & Marketing Lead I Family Intelligence Platform

KeepSaiQ is an early-stage startup focused on creating a Family Intelligence platform that enhances family connections through emotional AI. The Growth & Marketing Lead will work closely with the founders to develop customer acquisition strategies, optimize marketing initiatives, and build a community around this innovative product category.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies that drive user acquisition, activation, and engagement
• Help lead our beta growth efforts and product launch initiatives
• Design and run A/B experiments across messaging, onboarding, campaigns, landing pages, and acquisition channels
• Analyze performance and continuously optimize based on data and customer feedback
• Build repeatable growth systems that can scale as we move toward product-market fit
• Identify and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs)
• Conduct customer interviews, competitive research, and market analysis
• Translate research into messaging, positioning, and actionable marketing strategies
• Help educate the market around the emerging category of Family Intelligence
• Develop and grow an engaged community of early adopters and advocates
• Build relationships with relevant online communities, creators, partners, and organizations
• Create initiatives that encourage referrals, engagement, and organic growth
• Help plan and support launch opportunities, including Product Hunt and other community-driven platforms
• Own and manage our social media strategy across key platforms
• Create content that reflects the KeepSaiQ brand voice and mission
• Develop educational, engaging, and shareable content that builds awareness around a new product category
• Support founder storytelling and thought leadership
• Build scalable marketing workflows and operational systems
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, content creation, campaign development, reporting, and experimentation
• Design automations that improve efficiency and enable smarter decision-making
• Continuously identify opportunities to integrate AI into marketing operations while maintaining authenticity and quality

Requirements:

• Experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, content marketing, or community growth
• Experience helping launch or grow an early-stage product, startup, or consumer brand
• Strong strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution
• Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
• Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and learning through experimentation
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, automate workflows, generate insights, and optimize marketing operations
• Startup or 0→1 experience
• Experience with Product Hunt or similar launch platforms
• Community-led growth experience
• Social media strategy and organic audience growth
• Growth experimentation and A/B testing
• Familiarity with analytics platforms and marketing automation tools
• Interest in consumer technology, behavioral science, storytelling, or AI
