Product Manager

Stedi is building the first new healthcare clearinghouse in decades, revolutionizing the way healthcare transactions are processed. They are seeking a Product Manager to own product direction, drive prioritization, and collaborate with engineering to execute on the roadmap.

Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our clearinghouse offering
• Contribute to a team that ships day in and day out – see our blog and changelog
• Report directly to the Head of Product and Engineering and work closely with the CEO to develop product direction
• Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g. PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets). Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product
• Work with our design team to develop mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features
• Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment. Own metrics related to product adoption/engagement
• Support and provide expertise on other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite

Requirements:

• Previous experience in product management role with a track record of delivering successfully adopted products (B2B products delivered via API are a major plus)
• Have an established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap
• Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience
• Highly curious; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality
• Thrive in an ambiguous environment with a drive to ship early and often
• 2+ years working in healthcare revenue cycle management, particularly eligibility verification workflows is strongly preferred
• Either Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or another technical field, or professional experience writing code are strongly preferred
