Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist (Job ID: EVEMIC2)

InsideOut is a franchise in the largest global network of reformers-based Pilates studios, focused on providing high-quality workouts. They are seeking a proactive Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist to manage digital engagement and marketing execution for ten studio locations.

Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management & Content Creation
• Multi-Location Publishing: Plan, schedule, and publish branded content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profiles for all 10 studios
• Asset Design & Editing: Produce graphic templates, story assets, and short-form video (Reels/TikToks) using footage from studio teams
• Proactive Content Direction: Direct on-the-ground studio teams on specific shot lists and footage needed for upcoming campaigns
• Community Engagement & Growth
• Active Monitoring: Manage daily inbox inquiries and post comments across all location channels
• Lead Conversion: Promptly answer FAQs, convert prospective member leads, and cultivate relationships with local influencers, members, and neighboring businesses
• Email Marketing & Lead Nurture
• Monthly Newsletters: Build, segment, and deploy monthly email marketing campaigns to member and prospect lists by location
• Promotions & Events: Draft compelling campaign copy and visual assets for challenges, sales, and studio events
• Teacher Training Campaigns: Oversee end-to-end enrollment campaigns, including recruitment content, automated nurture sequences, and follow-up communications
• Local Marketing & Grassroots Tracking
• Execution Management: Maintain the local partnership and grassroots outreach tracker across all 10 locations
• Accountability: Coordinate with Studio Sales Managers on local events, log actual execution details, and surface misses in weekly ownership reports
• Vendor Coordination, Analytics & Strategy
• Agency Alignment: Liaise with our third-party marketing vendor, translate their data into actionable insights for studio leadership, and design content that supports their ad campaigns
• Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly reports tracking reach, engagement, and lead conversion per studio. Provide strategic recommendations—focusing on the 'why' behind the numbers, not just the stats
• Brand Stewardship: Protect and elevate franchise brand standards, ensuring all copy and visuals maintain a welcoming, empowering, and energetic tone

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing social media and digital marketing for multi-unit/multi-location brands
• Fluent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
• Ability to write compelling, native-sounding copy tailored to a US audience
• Canva, CapCut, InShot (or similar basic video editing tools)
• Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite, or equivalent scheduling platforms
• Modern computer, reliable smartphone for testing content, and high-speed internet
• Demonstrated ability to independently pull, interpret, and present marketing data alongside practical optimization strategies
• Proactive & Solution-Oriented: Brings creative ideas and solutions to the table rather than waiting for direction
• Direct Communicator: Receives constructive feedback well, applies edits quickly, and surfaces potential roadblocks early
• Meticulously Organized: Exceptional attention to detail, capable of seamlessly managing assets and schedules for 10 distinct studio profiles
• Passionate about health, wellness, and movement
• Experience in fitness, wellness, or franchise models is strongly preferred
