Customer Services Specialist I

Mdxhealth is building a world class healthcare company, providing significant career development and financial opportunities. The Customer Support Specialist II provides essential support to customers and the sales team, ensuring high service standards and assisting with sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Provides a vital link between mdxhealth customers, sales team and the commercial operations group
• Is responsible for maintaining a high standard of service with their respective customers group, which is comprised of both assigned accounts and sales personnel
• Works closely with an assigned regional sales team to support customer activities and sales objectives

Requirements:

• Candidate must reside in the Unites States. Please DO NOT apply if you do not live in the USA
• The shift is Monday thru Friday 5:30am to 2:00pm (Pacific time)
• Minimum 2 years' previous customer service experience
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies and work environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Customer service experience in healthcare or a clinical reference laboratory a plus
