Product Marketing Project Manager

Chasepro is hiring three execution-focused Project Managers to support their Product Marketing teams. This role is responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring successful delivery of product launches, campaigns, migrations, and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables
• Coordinate product launches, marketing campaigns, migrations, and events
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and PMO teams
• Track marketing assets, project dependencies, and documentation
• Maintain Jira and Confluence project updates
• Provide status reporting and proactively manage risks

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of Project or Program Management experience
• Experience supporting Product Marketing Operations or Marketing teams
• Hands-on experience with product launches, campaign execution, and marketing workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
• Jira, Confluence, Trello, Asana, or Smartsheet
• B2B SaaS or Enterprise Software experience
• AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Rovo)
• Dashboard reporting and Agile project management
