Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing

Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Manager of Influencer Marketing to lead and scale their influencer marketing operations and creator partnerships. The role involves overseeing the end-to-end influencer marketing function, ensuring exceptional results for clients while building a high-performing team and improving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and continuously improve Advantage HQ's influencer marketing strategy
• Develop scalable influencer programs across multiple clients and industries
• Partner with internal stakeholders to align creator strategies with business objectives
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, creator quality, and operational efficiency
• Help position Advantage HQ as a leader in performance-driven influencer marketing
• Grow and maintain a diverse, high-quality global network of creators across key social platforms
• Build long-term relationships with creators, talent managers, and agencies
• Develop preferred creator rosters aligned with client verticals
• Improve creator responsiveness, engagement, and retention
• Ensure creators receive an exceptional experience throughout every partnership
• Oversee the successful execution of influencer campaigns from briefing through completion
• Ensure campaigns launch on time, within budget, and meet performance expectations
• Collaborate with Creative and Paid Media teams to maximize campaign effectiveness
• Scale creator whitelisting initiatives across client accounts
• Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for continuous optimization
• Build efficient workflows across sourcing, outreach, negotiations, contracting, approvals, production, payments, and reporting
• Improve operational processes through automation, AI tools, and standardized workflows
• Ensure operational excellence across multiple concurrent campaigns
• Maintain high standards for campaign quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing influencer marketing team
• Establish clear KPIs, performance expectations, and accountability
• Mentor team members to improve campaign management, communication, and strategic thinking
• Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
• Support hiring, onboarding, and professional development within the team
• Track and report key influencer marketing KPIs across campaigns and clients
• Analyze creator performance, campaign ROI, engagement metrics, and business outcomes
• Use data-driven insights to improve future creator selection and campaign strategies
• Present campaign insights and recommendations to internal leadership and clients when needed
• Stay current on emerging creator trends, platform updates, AI tools, and influencer marketing best practices
• Evaluate new technologies that improve creator discovery, campaign management, and reporting
• Recommend innovative approaches that strengthen Advantage HQ's competitive advantage in creator marketing
• Champion continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and team capabilities

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, or digital marketing
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing influencer marketing teams
• Proven experience managing large-scale influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta platforms
• Strong understanding of creator partnerships, whitelisting, licensing, usage rights, and performance marketing
• Experience collaborating with Paid Media, Creative, and Client Success teams
• Demonstrated success building scalable operational processes and improving team efficiency
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using campaign performance data to drive business decisions
• Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills with a bias toward execution, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Experience leading influencer marketing within a high-growth agency or DTC environment
• Experience managing hundreds or thousands of creator relationships
• Experience using influencer platforms, CRM systems, and AI-powered creator tools
• Experience building standardized influencer marketing processes and SOPs
• Experience managing globally distributed teams
• Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven organizations
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms
