Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Motion Recruitment is a global leader in legal, regulatory, and business information solutions, and they are seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join their team. In this role, you will help architect and scale AI-powered legal technology platforms by designing and implementing enterprise-grade machine learning systems and cloud-native AI infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect scalable AI/ML platforms supporting enterprise applications, LLMs, and advanced analytics solutions
• Build and optimize LLM and RAG systems for large-scale, production environments
• Develop agentic AI solutions utilizing tool orchestration, API integrations, and structured function calling
• Lead implementation of AI platform standards , including MLOps, CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and governance
• Architect cloud-native infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or GCP leveraging Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor engineers while influencing long-term AI platform strategy and best practices

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience building production-grade machine learning systems at enterprise scale
• Strong expertise with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, and AI agent frameworks
• Hands-on experience with Python, Kubernetes, containerization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with vector databases, semantic search, and scalable inference systems
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or structured tool-calling architectures
• Strong understanding of MLOps, model monitoring, evaluation, and AI governance
• Excellent communication and technical leadership skills with experience driving architectural decisions
