Director of Product Management x3 - SaaS FinTech

Producto is partnering with a Global FinTech business that is heavily investing in its Product organization and is looking to hire three experienced Product leaders. These roles involve owning product delivery, defining product strategies, and leading teams to solve complex operational challenges for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities:

• Own product delivery across multiple teams
• Improve execution, planning and predictability
• Build high-performing product processes
• Partner closely with Engineering and executive leadership
• Own products used by banking and financial institution customers
• Define long-term product strategy and roadmap
• Work directly with enterprise customers to solve complex problems
• Drive commercial outcomes through product innovation
• Lead products that optimise cash operations and automation
• Balance customer needs with operational efficiency
• Work across hardware, software and service teams
• Deliver products used by large enterprise organisations

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software (FinTech would be great, but we are open to other highly regulated industries)
• Experience in founder-led, PE-backed or high-growth businesses (familiar with $750M-$1.5BN sized businesses)
• Experience scaling products from strategy through execution (0-1) and led a new product line
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers
• Experience building and leading high-performing Product Teams (PMs, Engineers, etc.)
• Experience solving operationally complex customer problems
