Project Manager

Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, executing, and governing enterprise IT projects in a regulated healthcare environment. The role involves leading cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex IT projects from planning through execution and closure
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers
• Track project progress, dependencies, financials, risks, and issues; provide mitigation plans
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources across IT and business stakeholders
• Provide project status updates, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Ensure project documentation is complete, audit-ready, and aligned with PMO standards
• Support process improvement, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• 6+ years of IT Project Management / Program Management experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Experience managing large, complex, cross-functional IT projects
• Strong project planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with PMO methodologies, governance, and project documentation
• Ability to manage deadlines, budgets, resources, and competing priorities
• PMP certification or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in healthcare, medical device, biotech, or other regulated industries
• Master's degree preferred
