Analyst - Healthcare

Lazard is one of the world’s preeminent financial advisory and asset management firms, and they are seeking an experienced Analyst to join the Healthcare team. This role involves working on strategic transactions for biopharma and healthcare companies, providing exposure to senior bankers and client executives.

Responsibilities:

• Build and run comprehensive financial models and conduct a wide range of financial analyses
• Effectively analyze, evaluate, and synthesize information
• Perform company and industry research
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials
• Collaborate with senior bankers and clients

Requirements:

• One year of relevant investment banking experience with significant exposure to M&A
• Strong analytical skills with extensive training in the building of presentation materials and financial modelling
• Meticulous attention to detail and outstanding standards of accuracy
• High level of responsiveness with a strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining top quality work products
• A team player mindset with an ability to work seamlessly as part of a close-knit team
• Stellar interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with both deal teams and external clients
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects and deliverables
• Proven academic excellence and high degree of intellectual curiosity
