Summary

Results-driven Business Systems professional with experience supporting Kronos Workforce Central (WFC/UKG) and PeopleSoft HR/Payroll systems. Skilled in resolving Pay Rule, Accrual, access, and interface-related issues while providing functional and technical support for PeopleSoft applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and troubleshoot Pay Rules, Accruals, and access issues in Kronos WFC/UKG.
• Provide functional and technical support for PeopleSoft HR/Payroll modules.
• Develop and maintain solutions using PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and SQL.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and support system interfaces/integrations.
• Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to resolve issues and deliver business solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience with Kronos WFC/UKG Workforce Manager and PeopleSoft HR/Payroll.
• Proficiency in PeopleCode, SQR, Application Engine, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of HR/Payroll business processes.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and support integrations.
