What is the Opportunity?
An exceptional opportunity now exists for an experienced and self-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance Team based in Canning Vale, Perth on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This role supports business requirements during a defined period and offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performing finance function.
Reporting to the Team Leader Accounts Receivable, you will provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders while managing accounts receivable activities and supporting cash collection outcomes.
We are looking for a person who:
Has ideally been working in a similar role for at least 2 years and has experience managing their own accounts receivable portfolio. You will demonstrate a proactive approach, strong organisation, the ability to meet deadlines, and a desire to develop and grow alongside the company.
The skills you will need:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable
• Experience with M3 accounting system would be an advantage
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Office and reporting database skills
• Performance focused attitude
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Energetic, highly motivated and results driven
• Previous experience in a medical or healthcare related industry would be advantageous

Contract Details
This position is offered as a 12 month fixed term contract. Employment will conclude at the end of the contract term unless extended by mutual agreement or ended earlier in accordance with applicable employment conditions and company policies.
