Your key responsibilities will include:
Screening resumes and identifying qualified candidates.
Conducting initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
Preparing shortlisted candidates for hiring manager review.
Coordinating interview schedules and maintaining communication with candidates.
Completing professional reference checks.
Preparing and extending employment offers to successful candidates.
Maintaining accurate recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Supporting internship, graduate trainee, and campus recruitment programs.
Representing the company at career fairs, university events, and employer branding activities.
Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees.
Supporting HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
The ideal candidate will have:
Final-year student or recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Completed Higher Secondary Education (VWO/HAVO) and B1-Phase.
Passion for recruitment, talent acquisition, and working with people.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-organized with excellent attention to detail.
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Experience with recruitment or HR through internships or projects is an advantage but not required.
If selected, you will be required to submit a Police Clearance Certificate (“Bewijs van Goed Gedrag”). Please initiate the request at your respective District Commissariat.
