Regional Canvassing Manager

As a Regional Canvassing Manager, you'll lead and grow our door-to-door canvassing operations across multiple markets within your assigned region. You'll develop high-performing Canvassing Managers, drive recruiting efforts, improve operational performance, and support market expansion while ensuring every market consistently executes TIMEPROOFUSA's standards. What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop Canvassing Managers across multiple markets.
• Drive regional lead generation, demo, sales, and profitability goals.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop market leaders and field teams.
• Monitor key performance metrics including Leads, Demos, Sales, Hours Per Demo (HPD), Cost of Marketing (COM), Appointment Quality, Staffing, and Employee Retention.
• Conduct regular field visits, ride-alongs, and leadership coaching sessions to improve team performance.
• Support market launches, regional expansion, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Ensure company systems, SOPs, reporting, and operational standards are consistently executed throughout the region.
• Develop future leaders through coaching, mentorship, accountability, and succession planning.

• Base salary of $80,000 annually.
• Performance-based bonus plan with on-target earnings of $150,000+
• Uncapped quarterly bonus program that rewards both production and operational efficiency.

What It Takes To Succeed

• 3+ years of leadership experience managing door-to-door canvassing, field marketing, direct sales, or related teams.
• Proven success leading and developing high-performing managers across multiple markets or territories.
• Strong coaching, communication, recruiting, and leadership skills.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and driving improvements in team performance and operational efficiency.
• Ability to recruit, hire, develop, and retain top-performing field leaders.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout your assigned region and conduct field ride-alongs.
• Comfortable working outdoors while coaching teams and leading by example.
• Valid driver's license and availability to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
