SALARY: The salary range for this position is $94,937.45 to $152,547.50. For newly hired individuals, the starting salary will normally be at the minimum of the salary range. For current Judiciary employees, salary upon promotion or advancement will be an increase of 5% of base salary, not to exceed the maximum of the range, or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater.

Vicinage 13 is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong leadership, supervisory, personnel management and administrative skills to join the Probation Division Management Team. Under the direction of the Court Executive 2B (Probation Division Manager), the selected candidate will be responsible for the administration, direction, coordination and evaluation of all activities for a major section (Child Support Enforcement Unit) of the Probation Division. Specific duties include assisting in developing and administering policies, statutes, court rules and directives; preparing and administering the budget; recommending assignment of personnel; determining goals and objectives; administering grievance procedures and disciplinary actions; overseeing the collection and disbursement of all court ordered monies; arranging training for personnel; and supervising and evaluating staff. Performs related work as required.
