The Senior Director of Asset Protection is responsible for providing strategic leadership and enterprise oversight of the company's Asset Protection function. Reporting to the Vice President of Asset Protection & Safety, this executive leader partners across the organization to protect company assets, employees, customers, and brand reputation while enabling business growth and operational excellence.
This role leads the development and execution of enterprise Asset Protection strategies, including physical security, investigations, security technology, field operations, risk management, and compliance programs. The Senior Director will build scalable solutions, establish operational standards, and develop high-performing teams that drive consistent execution across the organization.
Compensation: $136,000-$190,000 based on industry experience, education
