Affiliate Marketing Analytics Manager

Reprise Financial is on a mission to simplify the financial journey for customers by providing accessible personal loans. The Affiliate Marketing Analytics Manager will be the primary analytics partner for the Affiliate Marketing channel, focusing on turning data into actionable insights to drive customer acquisition and marketing efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the dedicated analytics partner for the Affiliate Marketing team
• Provide analytical support for affiliate acquisition strategies, performance optimization, and investment decisions
• Develop strong relationships with marketing leaders and affiliate channel stakeholders
• Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain reporting solutions, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for affiliate marketing performance
• Monitor lead volume, application quality, conversion rates, funded loan performance, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics
• Utilize data to conduct insightful analyses on channel performance, marketing initiatives, operational trends, challenges, and opportunities
• Present findings and recommendations to non-analytical partners, including business leaders, in a concise and compelling manner
• Build forecasting models to support volume planning, budget management, and strategic decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify key drivers of channel performance
• Perform attribution, segmentation, cohort, and funnel analyses to improve acquisition effectiveness
• Evaluate customer quality, retention, and profitability outcomes across affiliate partners
• Design and measure A/B tests and pilot programs
• Evaluate the effectiveness of pricing, targeting, partner incentives, and acquisition strategies
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing ROI and customer acquisition efficiency
• Quantify the expected business impact of proposed initiatives and optimizations
• Partner with Marketing, Product, Finance, Credit Risk, and Operations teams to align analytics with business objectives
• Support annual planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities
• Influence strategic decisions through objective, data-driven recommendations
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of marketing measurement frameworks and analytical capabilities

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or a related field
• Experience within financial services, consumer lending, personal loans, banking, or fintech
• Experience analyzing customer acquisition performance and translating data into actionable business recommendations
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence business partners across multiple teams
• Experience supporting Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, Digital Marketing, or Customer Acquisition teams
• Experience with personal loan products and the customer acquisition funnel from lead through funding
• Familiarity with key lending metrics such as application volume, approval rates, funded loans, acquisition cost, and profitability
• Experience with forecasting, testing, and performance optimization
