Senior Product Manager - Endpoint Privilege Management

Delinea provides cloud-native identity security solutions that help organizations protect human and machine identities. The Senior Product Manager will lead the endpoint privilege management portfolio by defining product vision, owning the cloud roadmap, and delivering customer-centric features. The role partners with engineering, marketing, UX, customers, and other stakeholders to bring secure, scalable cloud capabilities to market.

Responsibilities:

• Own and articulate the multi-year product vision and strategy for key Delinea PAM solutions, aligning it to company objectives and market opportunity
• Translate strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, making clear trade-off decisions with agile development teams to deliver iterative, measurable value
• Build a durable point of view on the market by engaging directly with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to validate and refine product direction
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery
• Shape go-to-market strategy with Product Marketing, driving positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing decisions
• Enable internal technical teams with the context and training needed to support product launches and customer success
• Balance the needs of current customers against the opportunity to enter new market segments and use cases, and build the business case for where to invest

Requirements:

• This position is open to candidates based in the United States
• • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
• • 6+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment, including end-to-end ownership of an enterprise product line
• • 5+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with direct exposure to endpoint security, privilege management, or endpoint agent technologies
• • Deep domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Active Directory, Entra ID, endpoint management tooling)
• • Proven track record of taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and growing them into meaningful revenue, translating technical capability into compelling offerings and user experiences
• • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise customers—fluent in English
• Travel Expectations: Up to 25%
• Master's or MBA strongly preferred
