Commercialization Project Manager

Sunrise Systems, Inc. is seeking a Commercialization Project Manager to lead the execution of product commercialization efforts. The role involves driving project initiatives across multiple functional areas to ensure successful market launches and alignment with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Accountable for CLIENT's end-to-end commercialization process, from initial concept to successful market launch and post-launch review
• Drive stage gate process and decisions on project progress, deviation, mitigation plan, influencing cross functional team in favor of project objectives and delivery expectations
• Identify, monitor and communicate project risk to executive teams while supporting the development of mitigation strategies
• Tracking key metrics, reporting progress, and making adjustments as needed to ensure project success
• Lead cross-functional project team across R&D, Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Quality to innovate on execution processes to improve our speed to market timing
• Strengthen the quality, operational, technical rigor within the CLIENT commercialization processes leading to improved in-market success
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices

Requirements:

• 3+ years Managing Commercialization Projects or Project Teams
• Proven experience in product development and commercialization, preferably in the Client or food & beverage industry
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, able to lead and motivate teams across different departments and levels
• Successfully negotiate with stakeholders and team members to arrive at mutually beneficial solutions
• Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning to applying new knowledge to improve project outcomes
• Strong Business Acumen understanding the unique economic factors motivating brand and category strategy
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of leading conversations for both internal teams and external partners
• Proven analytical skills leveraging data driven analysis to develop solutions and implementing change within an organization
• PMP Certification or similar
