Business Analyst – Guidewire Policy Center

Gandiv Insights LLC is seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter. The role involves analyzing business needs within the P&C insurance sector and requires strong experience in policy lifecycle management and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience in P&C Insurance
• 2–3+ years hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter experience
• Experience with PolicyCenter configuration, Product Model, rating, workflows, and policy lifecycle
• Strong BRD/FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process mapping
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, UAT, backlog management, and stakeholder workshops
• Knowledge of Guidewire Studio, Product Designer, and PolicyCenter data model
• Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and integrations
• Experience with Guidewire Cloud, BillingCenter/ClaimCenter, or Gosu is a plus

Requirements:
