Senior Account Executive - Enterprise Sales

Responsibilities:

• Drive Strategic Revenue Growth: Build and cultivate a high-value sales pipeline through creative outbound prospecting, account strategy, and consultative sales techniques
• Navigate Complex Deals with Autonomy: Engage directly with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across Fortune 1000 organizations, tailored to solve their complex enterprise challenges
• Capitalize on Industry Momentum: Position our industry-leading Observability and DevOps solutions to help enterprise clients accelerate time-to-market and optimize cloud performance
• Collaborate for Success: Partner with cross-functional technical, product, and leadership teams to close complex enterprise solutions and deliver incredible customer value

Requirements:

• Enterprise Software Sales Experience: A proven track record of selling complex software or SaaS solutions to Fortune 1000 enterprise accounts
• Consistently Exceeding Goals: Demonstrated history of quota achievement and closing multi-year enterprise deals
• Consultative Selling Mastery: Strong business acumen and the ability to diagnose complex business challenges and sell value to C-level executives
• Proactive Pipeline Generation: Creative, self-driven hunting skills paired with strong account mapping and deal navigation techniques
• Domain Expertise: Prior success selling Observability, DevOps, APM, or cloud infrastructure software solutions
• Continuous Growth Mindset: A passion for staying ahead of enterprise technology trends and collaborating with team members
• Education & Experience: A related bachelor's degree or equivalent practical industry experience
