Project Manager

New York Technology Partners is seeking a Project Manager to lead provider workflow initiatives. The role involves managing project schedules, resources, and budgets while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead provider workflow initiatives from planning through execution
• Manage project schedules, resources, budgets, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Drive governance, status reporting, risk management, and issue resolution
• Ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business objectives

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience leading complex cross-functional programs or projects
• Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Enterprise Project Management experience
• Healthcare provider operations or provider workflow experience
• Resource planning, budgeting, governance, and executive stakeholder management
• Experience leading complex cross-functional business and technology initiatives
• Availity experience strongly preferred (or similar provider-facing healthcare platforms)
• Provider workflow experience preferred
