Program / Project Manager – HR Transformation

Skysoft Inc. is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager to lead multiple HR Technology transformation initiatives. The role involves managing enterprise HR programs, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving large-scale technology implementations involving SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple HR Technology projects with SAP SuccessFactors as the primary platform
• Oversee program planning, governance, project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and delivery milestone
• Coordinate project execution across multiple technical and business team
• Partner with HR leadership and business stakeholders on change management and user adoption initiative
• Drive stakeholder communications and executive status reporting
• Coordinate HR Transformation initiatives across multiple workstream
• Facilitate executive steering committee meeting
• Ensure overall program governance and compliance
• Serve as the liaison between executives, business units, and technical team
• Work effectively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zone

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Program or Project Management experience
• Strong HR business process knowledge
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience leading enterprise HR transformation initiatives
• Strong governance, risk management, and change management experience
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• Experience with OpenText/PowerDocs is preferred
• PMP certification preferred
