Project Manager –Security Program

Scalence L.L.C. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a Security Program. The role involves working closely with the Program Leadership Team and various stakeholders to drive program execution and governance, ensuring timely closure of security remediation activities across multiple applications and business units.

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with the Security Program Team to support overall program execution and governance
• Coordinate across a large and diverse group of business leads, application owners, technical teams, and security stakeholders
• Track, manage, and drive closure of action items, risks, issues, and dependencies across the program
• Conduct regular status reviews and follow-up meetings to ensure commitments and deadlines are met
• Maintain program plans, dashboards, RAID logs, and executive status reports
• Facilitate communication between business, security, and technology teams to remove execution roadblocks
• Provide program-level visibility into progress, escalations, and key decision points
• Ensure consistent reporting of application remediation status, milestones, and deliverables
• Drive meeting cadence, prepare agendas, document actions, and monitor completion of assigned tasks
• Escalate risks and delays proactively while recommending mitigation plans
• Support leadership reviews and executive reporting with clear and concise updates

Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge and Experience in Identity & Access Management programs, Security, Risk or Compliance
• 8 years of experience in Project Management or Program Management roles
• Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise technology or cybersecurity programs
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence teams without direct authority
• Experience coordinating activities across multiple business units and application teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational, tracking, and reporting capabilities
• Experience with project management tools such as Client Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, Smartsheet or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Client Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
• Prior work experience in the industry
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification
• Experience working in global delivery models with onsite and offshore teams
• Familiarity with application security remediation programs and enterprise governance frameworks
