SAP Business Systems Analyst – SuccessFactors Integration with S/4HANA

Apolis is seeking an experienced Senior SAP Business Systems Analyst to support a Digital Transformation initiative focused on SuccessFactors Employee Central integration with SAP S/4HANA. The ideal candidate will lead analysis, documentation, testing, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure seamless integration.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integration
• Perform cross-module integration analysis across SAP S/4HANA modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and other relevant functional areas
• Create and maintain current-state and future-state process flow documentation
• Develop functional specifications, technical documentation, integration design documents, and data flow diagrams
• Prepare and deliver presentations to business stakeholders and leadership teams
• Lead test planning, test case creation, execution, and support for Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Validate data migration activities, including reconciliation and data quality verification between source and target systems
• Collaborate closely with GIS, HRIS, functional teams, and technical teams to align requirements, timelines, and issue resolution
• Identify integration gaps, risks, and dependencies, and proactively drive them to resolution
• Support Digital Transformation initiatives by ensuring seamless integration between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA

Requirements:

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience with SAP implementations
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Proven expertise in SuccessFactors–SAP S/4HANA integration, including Employee Central integration, organizational data replication, or related integration scenarios
• Strong understanding of cross-module business processes and data flows within SAP S/4HANA
• Experience leading workstreams independently, including testing strategy, execution, and data migration validation
• Excellent documentation skills, including functional specifications, process flow diagrams, and integration design documentation
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments with business and IT teams
• Previous experience supporting Digital Transformation or large-scale enterprise transformation programs is highly preferred
