Customer Service Representative

Firstsource is seeking compassionate and customer-focused individuals to join their remote call center team. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for members, helping them navigate their health insurance needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls from members regarding benefits, claims, billing, and coverage
• Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Document all interactions in internal systems with attention to detail
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues
• Uphold company values and contributes to a positive team environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer systems
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Typing speed of at least 25-30 WPM
• Internet speeds: 20mbps down / 20mbps up
• Must be cable or fiber internet and wired directly to the router with Ethernet jack for connectivity to PC capability
