Job Description 
We are looking for an experienced Change Management Specialist (OCM) to support the adoption of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and related Adobe Experience Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will drive communication strategies, stakeholder engagement, onboarding, user enablement, and adoption tracking while working closely with internal application teams. 
Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience

• Change Management strategy and execution

• Communication strategy and planning

• Stakeholder management and engagement

• User onboarding and enablement

• Training coordination and change communications

• Customer feedback collection and analysis

• Adoption metrics, reporting, and change adoption tracking

• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives

Preferred Skills
