Guidewire Developer (Digital: Guidewire Claim Center ; Claims Management Property & Casualty)

Guidewire Developer Location: San Antonio, TX

Job Description:

• Will be added to an existing Scrum team (Claims IS has 6 teams with an average of 6 team members).
• Will be expected to attend daily stand-ups and selective Scrum ceremonies (2-week sprints).
• Will be expected to deliver high-priority stories and bug fixes from the team's backlog.
• Will be expected to begin contributing after a short ramp-up period consisting of on boarding and introduction to customer processes and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years of IT and 7+ years of recent Guidewire Claim Centre experience.
• Extensive Guidewire Integration experience.
• Guidewire Certified Insurance Suite Developer (minimum required).
• Guidewire ACE certification preferred but not required.
• Able to work independently with minimal direction while actively participating in broader group discussions.
