Job Summary:
Responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of the company’s equity programs, including equity awards for employees and non-employee directors, as well as global ESPP offerings. This role will focus on processing equity transactions, maintaining accurate records, supporting employee communications, coordinating with external vendors and internal partners, and assisting with required reporting and disclosures, including Section 16 filings. The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to contribute to process improvements within a SOX-compliant environment.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $65.00 and $90.00 per hour and may include cost of living adjustments. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
