Job Description
If this sounds like you, Prince George’s County Parks and Recreation is the place you want to be. The Southern Region Parks Division (SRPD) is seeking Seasonal Turf Maintenance Technicians to support turf and grounds maintenance operations across multiple park locations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, working as part of a team, and maintaining high-quality turf and landscaped areas. Seasonal Turf Maintenance Technicians play a vital role in maintaining healthy, safe, and visually appealing park grounds and facilities for community use.

Work Hours
Work hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 6:00 am – 2:45 pm and can include days, evenings, weekends, and holiday work. Seasonal hours are not guaranteed and may fluctuate based on program needs
Working Conditions / Environment
Work is performed both indoors and outdoors and may involve exposure to weather conditions, noise, dirt, and physical activity including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
