Job Summary: The Café Team Member’s role is an integral part of the efficient, enthusiastic team that makes Grand Central Bakery’s vibrant cafes such wonderful spaces to be in. The Café Team Member is passionate about supporting a welcoming café environment and serving delicious products to a community of loyal customers. They deliver outstanding customer service, following the 3 Steps to Great Service at all times, and can work any shift or station for which they are trained. The Café Team Member uses company systems proficiently, handles cash accurately, and contributes to a positive, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere in support of Grand Central Bakery’s mission, vision, and values.
Rate of Pay: This position pays $17.65 plus tips.
Specific requirements: Must be able to work Saturday/Sunday/Monday.

Environmental Conditions:
Busy café environment with constant customer interaction, constant interruptions, and noise. Constant exposure to wheat flour dust and other grain dusts (rye, corn, oat). Regular exposure to common food allergens including eggs, soy, and dairy.
