Senior Principal Engineer, Power Systems Design/Architect
Analog Devices’ Power Solutions Group is seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Principal Power Systems Design/Architect to lead a team of power solutions architects aligned to our highest-growth application domains. This role will be responsible for translating market and customer problems into scalable power architectures, solution platforms, and product strategies that position ADI as a system-level partner in industrial, robotics, automation, sensing and actuation growth segments.
The successful candidate will lead a small team of senior power architects, each accountable for key growth domain areas. The leader will set the technical direction, drive the operating model and architecture standards for the team while working closely with product line management, system engineering, applications, field teams, business development, design engineering, test, evaluation, and customers. Consistent with Sr. Principal System Architect expectations, the role spans concept definition, architecture, development support, validation, customer engagement, product release readiness, and post-release solution support. The role requires a combination of deep power systems expertise, strong customer-facing architecture capability, commercial judgment, and the ability to influence product roadmaps across multiple business units.

Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
