Norfolk is embarking on an ambitious journey to redesign and improve services that truly reflect the needs, aspirations and strengths of the people we support and we’re looking for a dynamic Commissioning Manager to lead the way.
This is a pivotal role at the heart of our transformation programme. You’ll be responsible for leading commissioning activity across the learning disabilities and autism portfolio, with a specific focus on Supported Living and Shared Lives.
You will drive innovation, co-production, outcomes-focused service design and robust contract and performance monitoring.
Working closely with people with lived experience, families, providers, and system partners, you’ll ensure that services are inclusive, person-centred, and sustainable.
