Business Analyst – SAP HR Technology-Remote

Skysoft Inc. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support HR Technology transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in business process analysis and SAP SuccessFactors, and will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining project scope, and supporting UAT planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Gather business requirements from HR and business stakeholders
• Define project scope from business and technical perspectives
• Document current-state and future-state business processes
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and functional documentation
• Develop use cases and functional specifications
• Support UAT planning and execution
• Track defects and coordinate issue resolution
• Maintain RAID logs and project documentation
• Produce status reports and governance documentation
• Coordinate testing activities and milestone tracking
• Collaborate with international teams across multiple time zones

Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong Gap Analysis and Process Mapping skills
• HR business process knowledge
• SAP SuccessFactors functional knowledge
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and OpenText
• Strong UAT and test scenario development experience
• Project governance experience
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
