Product Delivery Manager – Java (Only W2)

Nasscomm is seeking a Product Delivery Manager with extensive experience in leading enterprise-scale product delivery initiatives. The role involves managing Agile teams, overseeing product delivery metrics, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple Agile teams, managing delivery, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Manage engineering teams, mentor technical leads, and drive continuous improvement and accountability
• Own product delivery metrics, project financials, budget planning, and execution
• Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, and executive stakeholders
• Drive backlog management, roadmap planning, intake processes, and cross-functional collaboration

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience leading enterprise-scale, complex product delivery and engineering initiatives
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Lead, or Engineering Lead roles
• Lead multiple Agile teams, managing delivery, dependencies, risks, milestones, and stakeholder communication
• Strong experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Technical knowledge of Microservices, REST APIs, Java, Spring Boot, React, Azure Cloud, and Finance ERP systems (PeopleSoft, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Coupa, OneStream)
• Good understanding of SDLC, DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and Quality Engineering practices
• Manage engineering teams, mentor technical leads, and drive continuous improvement and accountability
• Own product delivery metrics, project financials, budget planning, and execution
• Collaborate with Product, Business, QA, UX, PMO, Enterprise Architecture, and executive stakeholders
• Drive backlog management, roadmap planning, intake processes, and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• PMP, Agile certification, Bachelor's degree required
• MBA preferred
• Experience with Agile transformations is a plus
