Sales Project Manager

Inter-Prompt Global (IP Global) is seeking a Sales Project Manager who plays a vital role in bridging the gap between the sales team, clients, and internal project delivery teams. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Professional Services projects, ensuring effective communication and delivery from initial scoping to support.

Responsibilities:

• Quotation Assistance: Collaborating with the sales team to prepare accurate and competitive quotations. This may involve analyzing project requirements, estimating resources, and calculating costs
• Service Delivery Coordination: Ensuring that the project is delivered according to the agreed timeline and quality standards. This includes coordinating with different teams (technical, operational, etc.) to fulfill service commitments
• End-to-End Project Execution: Taking ownership of projects from initiation through to completion. This means managing project plans, timelines, and resources effectively
• Budget Management: Monitoring project budgets to ensure expenditure is within the allocated amounts. This involves regular financial reporting and adjusting as necessary to stay within budget constraints
• Compliance with SLA and SOW: Ensuring that all service-level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOW) are met. This requires regular communication with stakeholders and addressing any issues that may arise
• Reporting and Communication: Keeping all stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes. This may involve regular meetings, status reports, and documentation

Requirements:

• Experience in project management, particularly in a sales or professional services environment
• Strong analytical skills to assess project requirements and estimate resources
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams to ensure service delivery
• Proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion
• Experience in budget management and financial reporting
• Knowledge of service-level agreements (SLAs) and statements of work (SOW)
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and reporting
