Marketing Manager

Komar is a global leader in the design, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution of high-quality sleepwear, layering, and intimates. They are seeking a Marketing Manager to own and scale performance marketing across their Amazon business, focusing on driving incremental growth and optimizing advertising strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end Amazon advertising strategy and performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Amazon DSP, Streaming TV, and emerging retail media solutions
• Develop and execute annual advertising strategies, budgets, promotional calendars, and demand forecasts that align with revenue objectives, inventory availability, product launches, and key retail events including Prime Day, Best Deals, Lightning Deals, Prime Big Deal Days, and Black Friday/Cyber Monday
• Drive profitable, incremental growth by optimizing media investment, campaign architecture, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and budget allocation while delivering against key business KPIs including TACoS, ROAS, ACOS, CVR, New-to-Brand acquisition, customer lifetime value, and contribution margin
• Analyze advertising performance, sales trends, customer behavior, conversion metrics, profitability, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, diagnose issues, and develop data-driven strategies that increase market share and long-term brand growth
• Leverage Amazon's suite of advanced analytics tools – including AMC, Brand Analytics, Attribution, and other analytics tools - to understand customer journeys, measure incrementality, build and optimize audience strategies, uncover growth opportunities, and drive data-informed business decisions
• Develop keyword, search, organic ranking, and creative optimization strategies through SEO and PPC best practices, search-term analysis, and structured experimentation to improve discoverability, engagement, and conversion
• Align advertising investment with inventory health, using media strategically to support launches, maximize seasonal demand, accelerate sell-through, and proactively mitigate stockouts and excess inventory
• Own off-Amazon media strategies- including paid social, display, influencer, affiliate, and other traffic-driving initiatives- to generate incremental Amazon sales while leveraging Amazon Attribution to optimize cross-channel performance
• Build scalable campaign architecture, reporting frameworks, dashboards, automation, and AI-driven workflows that improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance across multiple brands
• Stay at the forefront of Amazon innovation by integrating AI-powered advertising, AEO/GEO strategies, and emerging shopping experiences, including COSMO, Alexa Shopping Assistant, and future discovery surfaces to increase product discoverability and deliver measurable business outcomes while maintaining category leadership

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on Amazon advertising experience
• Strategic and resourceful thinker with strong business aptitude
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency improvements while growing revenue
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to turn data into clear actions and outcomes
• Experience managing complex, multi-brand or large catalog environments
• Experience in the Apparel industry desired
