We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives across Identity and Access Management (IAM), Authentication, Authorization, Governance, Cloud Security, and emerging AI-driven identity domains. The successful candidate will collaborate with security architects, engineering teams, business stakeholders, auditors, and risk managers to define requirements, analyze business processes, and drive successful delivery of security programs.
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements for IAM/security initiatives.
Translate complex technical requirements into clear business requirements and user stories.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to align priorities.
Create business process flows, use cases, data flows, and process documentation.
Security IAM Program Support
Partner with architects and engineers on initiatives involving Authentication, Authorization, SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM, RBAC, Conditional Access, Cloud Identity, and AI-driven identity governance.
Document identity lifecycle processes, entitlement models, and governance controls.
Support implementation and enhancement of security policies, standards, and procedures.
Governance, Risk & Compliance
Assist in audit readiness and evidence collection.
Support regulatory and compliance assessments related to IAM.
Track remediation activities, risk findings, and control improvements.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze IAM/security data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards, metrics, and executive reporting materials.
Perform data validation, quality assessments, and business impact analysis.
Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, security teams, and technology organizations.
Facilitate communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
Support program governance, steering committee reporting, and executive presentations.
Manage project documentation and maintain requirement traceability.
Strong expertise in SAP Cloud Architecture and IAM concepts.
8-10 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in Information Security, Cybersecurity, IAM, or Cloud Security programs.
Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Proficiency in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and data models.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exposure to Microsoft Entra Identity Management.
Familiarity with AI and agentic identity governance.
Experience in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong collaboration skills with risk, compliance, and audit teams.
8-10 years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on IAM, Security, and Cloud Architecture.
Proven track record in supporting enterprise IAM/security initiatives and compliance programs.
