Are you a seasoned Databricks Solution Architect with expertise in designing secure, scalable, cloud-native data platforms? Join our team and lead enterprise data modernization initiatives leveraging the Databricks Lakehouse Platform and AWS.
Location: 100% Remote (U.S. Candidates Preferred)
Start Date: August 17, 2026
Duration: 32 Weeks (Contract)
positions : 2 (1 position 40 hours / week & 2nd position 20 hours / week)
Architect and deliver enterprise-scale Databricks Lakehouse solutions.
Design high-performance ETL/ELT, batch, and real-time streaming data pipelines.
Lead solution architecture, technical design sessions, and implementation strategies.
Optimize Databricks clusters for scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
Develop modern data architectures supporting analytics, AI/ML, and business intelligence.
Mentor engineering teams and establish architecture best practices.
Security, Governance & Compliance
Design secure Databricks environments with enterprise-grade security controls.
Implement Unity Catalog, RBAC, data governance, lineage, auditing, and cataloging.
Ensure encryption, secrets management, IAM integration, and secure networking.
Support compliance with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
Build secure CI/CD pipelines and promote infrastructure-as-code best practices.
Required Skills
Databricks Lakehouse Platform
Apache Spark / PySpark / SQL
AWS (S3, IAM, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, etc.)
Delta Lake & Delta Live Tables
Unity Catalog & MLflow
Kafka, Kinesis, Structured Streaming
Data Modeling & Lakehouse Architecture

Preferred Qualifications
Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional or Databricks Architect Certification
AWS Solutions Architect Certification
Experience with enterprise cloud migration and data modernization
Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Experience with MLOps and AI/ML platforms
