Property & Casualty Claims Process Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Property & Casualty Claims Process Analyst.

Duties include:
* Support claims business processes by developing and monitoring performance metrics
* Leading and lagging indicators, conducting hypothesis testing, establishing reports, and monitoring and alerting
* Identifying, establishing, building, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics
* Business performance analysis and communication
* Provide support in identifying opportunities, resolving gaps, and solutioning business process opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience in organizing, synthesizing, creating, and analyzing reports using data from various sources in order to obtain insights, understand trends, identify root causes, and monitor and measure performance
* Team-oriented and self-motivated candidate who has data experience in insurance, claims, and/or financial services
* Experience with Tableau; Excel; Microsoft Office

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
