IT Staffing Senior Account Manager (Sales, Business Development, Account Management, IT Staffing)

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. provides workforce and technology solutions and is seeking a Senior Account Manager to drive revenue growth across enterprise accounts. The role focuses on client relationship management, account expansion, strategic planning, solution delivery coordination, renewals, negotiations, and sales reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying opportunities for expansion, and increased revenue
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers
• Drive account growth through cross-selling and upselling workforce and technology solutions
• Develop strategic account plans aligned with client goals and business priorities
• Collaborate with delivery, recruitment, and leadership teams to ensure successful solution delivery
• Support contract renewals, pricing discussions, and account negotiations
• Maintain accurate pipeline, forecasts, and account activity reporting

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Account Management, Client Partnerships, or Business Development within Staffing, IT Consulting, Systems Integration, or Technology Services
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise client accounts
• Experience engaging senior client stakeholders and driving account expansion
• Strong understanding of technology consulting and workforce solutions
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and business reviews
• Existing relationships within relevant enterprise accounts and markets
• Strong consultative selling and strategic account planning capabilities
