Sr. Business Development Manager – Sales & Marketing (Must have Exp in Automotive Domain) - Remote

Taras Technology LLC is seeking a senior business development leader to oversee sales and marketing for its automotive component and engineering manufacturing business. The role focuses on managing customer relationships, expanding the North American automotive market, securing new business, leading RFQ conversion, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team with strong managerial and communication skills
• Build a high-performance culture through training, goal setting, and continuous evaluation
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
• Add focus on expanding business in the North American automotive market
• Develop strategic relationships with OEMs such as GM, Ford, Stellantis, and Tesla
• Conduct frequent customer visits and host customer calls to strengthen relationships
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored, value-added solutions
• Generate RFQs from new and existing customers and drive conversion into confirmed business
• Identify new customers, products, and segments for business growth and risk diversification
• Work closely with the Product Costing team to finalize techno-commercial proposals
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to increase revenue and market penetration
• Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and trend assessments
• Implement marketing initiatives to support product visibility and customer engagement
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for product development and timely deliveries
• Ensure adherence to IATF systems and customer-specific requirements
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and market intelligence summaries
• Track sales achievements, customer performance, and market trends
• Monitor payment collections and ensure timely receipt from customers
• Provide the sales team with tools, data, training, and product knowledge
• Continuously evaluate sales strategies and improve processes aligned with market and customer expectations
